1、If the lubrication or the installation is done wrong there is some risk that the F TPU ZIP-01 popps open because it does not close properly.拉链要充分润滑，且 要完全正确闭合，否则拉链容易裂开。
2、If the ball material is welded closer than 15 mm to the zipper center line this can happen. The 3F TPU ZIP-01 would be 70 mm wide. This gives you 2 cm all around for welding/glueing. 拉链四周最多只要留出20MM高频熔接。
3、After installation the zipper needs to be opened and lubbricated over the tooth tips. Then it needs to be opened and closed minimum 5 times over the full length. Also apply some lubricant over the outer edges of the sealing profile to reduce the pulling force.拉链开始使用时，要用润滑油至少做5次的全长润滑。拉链边缘和侧面部分亦要做润滑处理。
4、One small tube of lubricant should last at least for 15 lubrications. 一小瓶润滑油至少能使用15次。
